30-Day Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to initiate a return within 30 days from the date your item is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund or exchange. To start a return, please contact us via email at support@pilotprobox.com within this period.

If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost, which will depend on the courier chosen. However, if the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping fee.

*Please note that for orders without discount codes, refunds for price differences due to promotional changes can only be processed within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order more than 12 hours after payment, a $15 shipment handling fee will apply to cover manual processing by our warehouse.

It's important to understand shipping times and product details before ordering. For requested refunds, a $15 processing fee will be charged.

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we advise thoroughly reviewing product information before purchasing. Returns not related to product quality issues cannot be accommodated for unreasonable refund requests.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us promptly to evaluate and address the issue.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email us at support@pilotprobox.com. If approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to return your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase provided. A restocking fee of $35-$50 will be deducted unless the return is due to our error. Items returned after 15 days will also incur a restocking fee.

 

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 3-5 business days and then issue a replacement or refund.

 

Refund or Exchange

After inspecting your return, we will notify you about the refund's approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, email us at support@pilotprobox.com.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Instructions for Smooth Returns

  1. We recommend using DHL for return shipping.
  2. Specify the item description as "Video Interface."
  3. Declare an invoice value of $30 per piece.
  4. Remove any prominent brand names from the packaging.
