Processing Time

Please also note that the processing time indicated above is an estimation and may vary according to the current operational schedule, excluding weekends & public holidays. Sometimes, however, if our security checks are triggered for your shipping address or your order is identified as a potential risk then processing times may be further extended. Average Free Shipping Time
We are proud to be one of the few in control of our inventory, making it possible for us to deliver to customers any order at no charge when items may require an average 5-15 days for shipment time depending on country.
Premium Shipping Fee
Priority Express (1 to 2days): $32 using DHL, Fedex and other reliable couriers. Aimed delivery window: 5-7 days Please be very aware of the shipping costs associated with this approach, as it is clear during the checkout process. With third-party logistics operation, tracking alerts may experience a delay of 3-4 days. Have no fear — we will email your tracking info as soon as it is ready.
Sales Finalization and Cancelation Policy
If the shipping label is generated and your package leaves an airport we are no longer able to intervene or affect anything. So the minute they generate a tracking number — that implies this package has gone out the door, given to courier service and its final. As a result, we are unable to provide cancellations for orders that have already been marked as shipped.
